We think it’s so important that we’re each able to sleep in peace, no matter what stresses or worries the day might have held or that lie before us.
One of the ways we can find this peace is to meditate on God’s Word. As the psalmist writes in Psalm 4:8, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
And that’s where our friends from the UK team of our parent ministry (Our Daily Bread Ministries) come in; they’ve created a daily podcast designed to be listened to as a way to wind down before bed and help us drift to sleep in peace each night.
